Whether you have the right of refund if you cancel your ticket, depends on the rules for cancellation of your ticket. We will inform you about it after the main booker has contacted us via My Trips with the email address used during reservation. Apart from the cancellation fee of the airline, we charge an administration fee of € 50 (or the equivalent in your local currency) per ticket to process the cancellation. Booking fees, guarantees, extras and payment fees are not refundable.
Note: if cancellation is not possible, your ticket can sometimes be changed. Maybe you still have an opportunity to use your ticket.
