If the name on the ticket does not match the name on your passport, your ticket needs to be adjusted.
How? Login at My Trips to request a change in your booking. If a name change is allowed against a change fee, depends on the conditions of your ticket and the airline you fly with. We will gladly check the conditions for you. When a name change is allowed, we can adjust your ticket. We charge an administrative change fee of € 50 (or the equivalent in your local currency) per person on top of the change fee the airline charges for the name change.
In some cases you will have to purchase a new ticket.
